The number is then added to the document scan, which can be downloaded with a visible imprint and a full audit trail showing who processed the document and through which stages it passed.
This eliminates the need for physical stamps — the process is fully digital, and the electronic archive includes accounting numbers, saving time and avoiding manual input.
